HRI 2027 Student Design Competition
We’re looking for students to join the Ausdroid team for the HRI 2027 Student Design Competition (SDC). Interested in how people and robots interact? Help us develop a design project for this year’s competition.
The challenge: Robots in Public Spaces
Explore how robots can share public spaces with people. The competition welcomes physical robots, software systems, interaction prototypes, and spatial or service design concepts, with an emphasis on thoughtful interaction design.
Who we’re looking for
We welcome students from design, engineering, computer science, mathematics, and other disciplines. If you’re interested in interaction design, prototyping, software, hardware, or research, we’d love to hear from you.
