Ausdroid Places Fifth at the 2025 Droid Racing Challenge

Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane 5th nationally

Ausdroid competed in the Droid Racing Challenge at Queensland University of Technology from 2–4 July 2025, finishing fifth nationally. The team built and tested an autonomous racing robot, combining computer vision, navigation and control to tackle the course. The competition brought the team’s work on robot hardware and software together on the track.
